A lot of guys out there suffer from premature ejaculation. And as one would expect, it can have a detrimental side-effect on the mental health of a man (from having low self-esteem to something as big as swearing off sex totally,) which has ended up causing the untimely end of many relationships and marriages that would have otherwise stood the test of time.

If you are a guy and you’re suffering from this, you don’t have to go down the lonely road anymore because these four tips can help you stop premature ejaculation.

  • Masturbation

Try to masturbate to orgasm an hour or two before intercourse as this can help delay ejaculation during sex.

  • Try The Stop-Start Technique

This also involves masturbation but with a different twist. You do it with a dry hand and go on almost to the point of ejaculation, and then stop. Do this three times, and then during the fourth time, ejaculate. After many sessions of practice, you will gain some control and this can help you while having intercourse to train your mind to gain total control and stop it when it’s about reaching that point.

  • Delay Penetration

Avoiding penetration during the first 15-20 minutes if foreplay can help to increase the time it takes to ejaculate during.

  • Try The Squeeze Technique

Have sex until you feel close to ejaculation. At that point, gently squeeze the end of the penis (where the “head” meets the shaft) for several seconds. Stop having sex for 30 seconds, and then start again. Repeat this pattern until you want to ejaculate.

You can also try to think of something less erotic when you know you’re about reaching that point.There are also tonnes of other things you can do in bed that are even way better than penetration sex… but those tips will come another day 🙂

Also if your partner assures you that whatever you’re bringing to the table – or the bed, as the case may be – is fine by her, then please believe her! She’ll feel frustrated if you don’t and that’s a very bad thing as it can also kill her own sex drive.
