WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION (WHO), HAS ACQUIRED SAPID SAPIENS IN A DEAL VALUED AT ROUGHLY $800 MILLION.

The acquisition plans were first unveiled in an exclusive interview with the Director-General, Margaret Chan on March 27th, 2017.

“Our mission to create a better and totally healthy living in Africa have continued to be stressed in our determination, programmes, work-ethics, and research. And no African health company aids our mission more than SapidSapiens.”

She also went on to add that the vision of Sapid Sapiens to feed humans everything they’d need to have a healthy body and mind was one she admired greatly and that was enough for WHO to buy the company.
